Marcha starts with a discovery call on how the business actually runs: where work stalls, where money and owner time leak, and what’s already in place. There’s no time limit on that call, and nothing gets pitched on it.
After the call, Marcha dissects your systems and designs a plan for the AI tools and systems worth implementing.
Marcha then comes back and delivers the assessment: which AI systems to implement, what to change, what to leave alone, and the economics written down.
When the right AI systems are in place, the hours come back. The business is then free to put those hours into the work with the highest return: the client experience, relationships with new customers, and the follow-up that turns a first visit into a regular. You get your evenings back.
The Marcha Business Assessment is a flat $1,999. Implementation of those AI systems is scoped and priced separately depending on the level of involvement requested.
